In this new construction home, we used traditional all-brick construction in a classic color to blend in with the surrounding homes in the Park Hill neighborhood. This home has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a dedicated office and gym space. With a corner lot, we wanted to maximize natural light and create a bright and inviting space. We achieved this by incorporating large windows throughout the design. The interior of the home features a transitional coastal style, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for modern living.
